    LEADERSHIP COACHING

    Individual coaching has become an essential instrument for leaders and managers to develop self-awareness and shape their roles effectively. A conscious, reflective approach to your own resources and self-efficacy is fundamental to this process.

     

    Typical coaching aims include:

    • Gaining orientation and clarity in a new role
    • Receiving support and reflection in navigating change and transformation processes
    • Managing conflicts within a team or across organisational interfaces
    • Preparing for challenging conversations or decisions
    • Leading effectively during periods of uncertainty or crisis
    • Creating a balance between professional responsibilities and private life
    • Managing stress, pressure, and personal stress patterns consciously and constructively
    • Strengthening self-leadership, resilience, and inner clarity
    • Gaining an independent external perspective

    I integrate my past leadership experience with various methodological approaches, such as systemic and psychodynamic thinking, drawing on my background as an organisational consultant and psychotherapist.
