Creating a potential space.
Discovering connections.
Finding one's rhythm.
These three essential aspects reflect my approach and understanding as a psychotherapist, coach, and organisational consultant. In all my fields of activity, I see myself as a facilitator serving my clients' concerns. My stance is empathic, pragmatic and down-to-earth.
I work with individuals and teams with an appreciative attitude and clarity, moving freely between a structured approach and holding a safe space for discovery. I always keep the interplay of cognition, emotions and the body in mind.
