CONFLICT COACHING
CONFLICT COACHING
Conflict coaching is solution-oriented
In our working lives, conflicts are inevitable. Conflict coaching offers a structured way to process and resolve difficult or stressful situations. A key aspect of conflict coaching is defining a common goal and pursuing it concretely. As a coach, I maintain a neutral position between the parties and remain committed to the agreed objective. Conflict coaching can be conducted individually, with two people, or with a team.
Conflict coaching in an individual setting
Individual conflict coaching typically follows three key steps:
1. Conflict diagnosis – analysing the situation
Key questions include:
2. Exploring options for responding and behaving in the conflict situation
3. Preparing for next steps
Two-person conflict coaching
This setting provides a constructive framework for a clarifying conversation. I facilitate conflict dialogues, structure the discussion, and draw on my experience and tools to support resolution. The aim is to create a collaborative process that enables both parties to engage safely and productively.
Moderation of team conflicts
When conflicts involve teams or groups, I offer moderation or a broader team development process to support resolution. These methods help structure discussions, clarify perspectives, and work towards constructive outcomes.
If you would like to clarify which format can be helpful for you, please get in touch with me for an initial consultation by email or by phone on 0699 172 376 01.
