    Team and organisational development are complex and challenging processes. I can provide an outside perspective and support with workshop moderation and facilitation. 

     

    Organisations and teams that I work with are concerned with following topics:

    • We want to reflect on and improve our collaboration.
    • We are facing a change in our structure or way of working and would like to design it in the best possible way.
    • We want to develop our organisation in the direction of agility and self-organisation.
    • There are critical decisions to be made.
    • We want to create new ideas for our services.
    • We are in a crisis or have to deal with conflict and need clarification.

    How can I support you?
     
    In team and organisational consulting, I take on a neutral role and an external perspective that supports mutually defining goals. I can help you through process design and facilitation, and organisation development and leadership support.

     

    My background provides a wide range of professional knowledge, and my personal experience as a manager enriches my approach. I work with a network of experienced organisational consultants with Gabriele Lindner, Alexandra Mendez and Gerlinde Schein.
     
    Currently, I primarily work for industrial companies and for social and healthcare organisations.
