In leadership development, I follow a coaching-oriented approach. The focus is not on teaching knowledge but on working on concrete, practical leadership issues. We work on these concretely using leadership models and tools and you can expand your range of leadership behaviours. The development of your leadership style is also an essential aspect of my work.
